Good, a keeper for me!
I bought it without expecting much but was surprised at how handy it is for locating things in my cluttered space. However, there are some issues. It doesn't save my search history or chats, which means I often have to restart searches, wasting time and credits. I also use the desktop app with a shortcut, but it's frustrating because if I switch windows while waiting for a response, I lose everything. Some improvements are needed here, maybe!

Good news: the search history and chat feature are under development and will be shipped soon. Also, we shipped a bookmarks feature yesterday, allowing you to save useful results so you don't have to search for them again.
Could you explain the issues you're facing with the desktop app? Currently, search results are cleared after 2 minutes of inactivity, and we want to make sure we're addressing the right problem.
