ErozeninQ: Can Fineguide pull information from the web?
I've tried testing Fineguide by loading it with files/url via Learning Context. Does it mean the AI will specifically pull information from these repository ONLY? The AI seems unable to get information from the web, even when i asked it to. Is this the same for youtube widget, where the AI can only call back specific video ID we input?

A: Yes, the assistant will use this information to generate answers. It doesn't have the option to search the web. We have enabled web search only for our Workspace assistant, which can be used by FineGuide clients for free as an AI helper tool.
Q: The AI can only call back specific video ID we input?
A: For the YouTube widget, the AI can only get information from the specific video IDs you provide, like a playlist. This is helpful if you have some tutorial videos and want your bot to mix text answers with video tutorials. The bot can't search or get information from YouTube beyond the IDs you give it.
