A: Our Assistants are not limited to any language, they are configured to answer in the language the question was asked. However our chat window interface is limited to these languages: English, Czech, Danish, German, Greek, Spanish, Finnish, French, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Chinese.
You can pick the chat window language by accessing your assistant page > Appearance > Chat Window Language
If you didn't find the desired language you can always get in touch and we'll be more than happy to add it.
