FIXED - Wondering if this was money well spent??????

Access issues fixed.

BTW, access to and customer support for a product is holistically part of the product. It is silly to split hairs over it. Just fix it, apologize for the inconvenience, and encourage the customer to leave a positive review after spending some time using the product.

We (LTD customers) want you to succeed, my purchase implies that I think you have a good business model and you won't be out of business in a year. Otherwise, I am wasting my money. Time spent leaving a review is not time spent for my entertainment, it is for you to gain valuable and free candid feedback, and for me, it is hopefully a way to keep you in business and reap the benefits of being an early investor. The LTD thing has value for the both of us (entrepreneurs and customers). I wish you success.

Purchased Tier 2, attempted activation, went to login and got an error that email or password was incorrect. Tried to reset password several times without success. Reached out to the support email and no response. I see that others have had the same experience.... Hope this isn't a sign of what's to come because I think the business model has a lot of potential. I guess time will tell.
