Q: Hey quick question about chat history: Is it possible for the user to continue a previous conversation?
I want to offer long term support for example for weight loss and that obviously isn't done with one message or one day but rather over a period of 6 months. So is that possible with cookies, or even better to save the chat history to user meta like email address?

Yes you should then setup chat using our APIs- https://docs.usefini.com/api-reference/endpoint/answer. You will need to have a unique user identifier and yes email is a good one
