I need to manage the CRM of several different brands with my users (teammates) having access to only the brand they work on. For example, I want a a CRM for dogtreats.com and a CRM for cattoys.com, with 2 VA's working on dogtreats (and never seeing the cattoys data) and 6 different teammates...

I’m looking to get the tier 2 deal. And I also saw that in your feature request whatsapp api is current in progress. My business heavily relies on WhatsApp for lead filtering, sales and support. That being said, may I know if we have to make payment to WhatsApp directly for the api to be able to use it with your system? How do we go about this? Thanks!

Also, do you have the ability to create pipelines and drag between stages?

A: Softphone is almost done on Android and very soon on IOS and web, it is ill allow you to call anywhere in the world via Twilio ( I don't know if twilio provide local numbers in brazil or not)
For pably integration it is already in lrogress qnd it will be out of within this weeks
