Q: Have a weird question, Since you say we will own the code generated from Flatlogic , are we free to use it in anyway possible ?
While we can give it to our developer , some of the codes that we would test for ourselves or for clients , may not be aligning with our business goals and instead of spending time to develop those, is it possible to sell those codes to someone who needs it ? Would that amount to reselling ? and if yes, will such codes that you generate have any of the third party licensing etc which may prevent such re-sale ? what should we careful about ?

The Professional Plan is indeed equivalent to Tier 4 in our AppSumo integration. Regarding third-party licenses, the codes generated by Flatlogic are fully owned by you, meaning there are no restrictions on resale from our side. You have full rights to modify and distribute the code as you see fit.

BLabsPLUSThat’s exactly my point . All your prior responses said I can resell codes under professional plan , as I will own it. Latest response is contradicting all your prior responses . I want to buy Tier 4 but unsure of the interpretations and limitaions .

BLabsPLUSHi Alesia, You did not respond to my comment that your statements were conflicting to what you initially guided & hence I am on the fence whether to go for Tier 4. I haven't purchased any codes yet.
