I think some of the critiques here, while valid, are a bit harsh. Some are not even giving the team a chance to interact with them via support before they write the app off as subpar.

With my experience, I feel the product does exactly what it advertises on the tin. I also think I'm probably a more fitting target user - I don not have a professional background in app development so I 'm not looking for absolute perfection here. I want efficiency, effectiveness, and to get deployed quickly.

In under 40 minutes I was able to set up and deploy a functioning app that requires some refinement, but does what I requested. Basically to act as a research assistant.

My interaction with support was surprisingly pleasant. They were prompt, friendly and helpful.

Some light criticism:

- Please include ToolTips for all buttons. It's a common mistake made by dev teams - you know your product like the back of your hand, but new users can never have enough information.

- The way the AppSumo LTD deal flow is applied to the product is kind of clunky. At one point I was prompted to purchase a subscription before I would be allowed to connect my app to GitHub and deploy. Now I'm a patient person, so instead of panicking I just came here to search questions to see if anyone else had encountered the same issue. This link (https://flatlogic.com/documentation/appsumo-instructions) - should also be included in the app interface when that payment pop-up is served, at least until your AppSumo promo is over. It will probably save you a lot of refund requests.

- It would have been lovely to have had a tier that offered a total number of apps between 2-10. I can imagine needing around 5 app slots, but 10 would be wasted space for me. If that becomes a reality, I'd gladly bump up to a second tier that offers 5 slots for like $95 or something around that price.

Overall, a promising product that I think is only going to get better with time. Good job and best of luck with your AppSumo campaign!
