Basic plan has turned into free plan
I was hocked that the basic plan name has turned to become Free plan. All the videos I produce now have a watermark, and I should pay monthly to remove it..
Very disappointed!!!
I will return the product.

Jan 11, 2025Please rest assured that the Basic plan has not been renamed or changed to the Free plan. If you have purchased the Basic plan, kindly double-check to ensure that:
- Your purchase code has been successfully activated.
- You’re logged into the correct account associated with your Basic plan.
