Flex clip is not allowing use of ai credits after paying for them Tier 3
I purchased the Tier 3 level and my account has both the free and paid ai credits and it will not allow me to use them. The account says I have no credits. I am trying to download a simple AI logo video which I created and also paid for AI credits to get the Flexclip branding removed. No luck, they took the money and the system still says I have no credits and to upgrade. I did upgrade and paid the fee for the extra AI credits and the system still have me as no AI credits and says to upgrade.
