I bought this product several years ago when it ran on Appsumo. I did not fully understand what it was, but I could tell it was worth going all the way to tier 3.

The product is great, and so is the customer service. You likely won't need customer service, unless like me, you misunderstood something. The product is so reliable and simple to use, but if you find you need support, you'll get a responsive rep who will stay with you until it is tested and resolved. And if you get Beryl, you're in exceptionally good hands. I wanted to steal her away for my PR agency...

This is one of those opportunities you will regret if you don't buy it. Get tier 3. It will pay for itself fast. They are unbelievably generous with the credit allocation and diversity of functions - including AI.

The only con I have found is a persistent failure of the AI script to video that fails. It's happened quite a few times. But, because I have other tools that make up for that one function, and
FlexClip has so many other components; it's still worth it. I should also state that I have not tested that on another computer, and I have had other conflicts in other programs, likely due to extensions. So, it is possible this is not a situation FlexClip or anyone could fix. One thing I know for sure - they did what they could to figure it out, even going through my account. They did try.
