A quick, straightforward update on compliance and security. This matters a lot to us and to many of you, so I want to be clear about what we’re doing, what it gives you, and the timelines we’re committing to.

What we’ve already done

The technical foundations are already live

* Pages and admin access served over HTTPS/SSL.

* Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

* Edge delivery for pages (Cloudflare + Argo routing) for consistent speed and availability

* Ongoing vulnerability scans and security checks

* Role-based access controls inside the app

Those things are in production now, helping protect customer data and keep pages fast.

The certifications that are currently in progress

GDPR (EU & UK) — Target: by the end of February

You’ll get:

* A published Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

* A named privacy contact/DPO and clear instructions for data subject requests (access, deletion, portability)

* Consent and cookie guidance so EU/UK customers can use FlexiFunnels confidently

ISO 27001 — Target: certified by April

This formalizes our information security management practices and demonstrates that we run a documented security program.

SOC 2 (Type II) — Target: certified by April

You’ll get:

* Independent audit evidence that our systems meet controls for security, availability, and confidentiality

* A SOC 2 summary/compliance pack you can share with your procurement or security teams

DPDPA / local data protection frameworks

Where relevant, we’ll adopt the legal and operational controls required by local data protection laws so customers in those regions receive proper local compliance coverage.

What you’ll see when each milestone completes

* GDPR (end of Feb): DPA, privacy docs, and a short guide explaining how to remain compliant while using FlexiFunnels. DPO/contact details published.

* SOC 2/ISO (by April): SOC 2 summary and the vendor due diligence compliance pack.

* Ongoing: regular security testing, remediation, and quarterly reviews to keep things current.

Final note

We’re building a fast, conversion-focused platform — and we’re building it with real security and compliance behind it. These certifications are the proof points that let you use FlexiFunnels with confidence, now and as we scale.

What are past projects, failures, or successes you’ve had in your career?

For the first four years of my career, I ran an offline business selling loyalty program coupons door-to-door. That phase taught me the importance of marketing, persuasion, and building systems — and that’s where I first learned about Funnels and Facebook Ads. When the coupons business eventually failed, I started offering Facebook Ads services to businesses. The results were great — clients grew, and I started generating strong results online. From there, I built multiple digital product funnels that together generated millions of dollars in sales.

Because this exact process changed my life, I began teaching others how to build funnels and run ads the right way and ultimately generate profits online. Over the years, that led to 3,000+ documented success stories, including several 6- to 8-figure earners (see testimonials here).

My co-founder, Karthik, began his journey as a freelancer, building thousands of websites for clients globally. Later, he started selling digital products himself and became one of the top vendors on international marketplaces, generating millions in online sales.

What’s the origin of the idea for your product?

The idea for FlexiFunnels came from real experience — not theory. For the first few years of my career, I ran an offline business selling loyalty coupons door to door. When that business failed, I learned funnels and Facebook Ads to promote products online — and it completely changed my life.
