Q: Any updates to accomodate local services natively
Hi team,
Im currently trailing your product and so far it is great. I am looking to use it specifically for local services and don't see any of your core product accomodating this. When creating products you have only the option for a digital or membership options, and all of the help materials are tailored to those 2 options as well.Do you have any plans to accomodate local services as a product and allow tracking and templating for these services?

Good feedback, and let me be straight with you about where we stand, because you've spotted a real gap rather than a misunderstanding.
You're right that product creation today gives you two types, digital and membership, and the help materials are built around those two. We don't currently have a dedicated "service" product type. A native service object that handles things like job status (example - whether the plumber actually showed up, whether the job was marked complete), that kind of service-specific tracking isn't there, and it's not on the near-term roadmap.
The one related thing that is coming is a calendar/booking feature that connects with Zoom and Google Meet, so appointment scheduling will be covered (Tier 3 & above). But to be clear, that's scheduling, not full service-job management. I'd rather tell you that plainly than oversell it.
Here's the honest reframe though, and why a lot of local-service businesses still get real value from FlexiFunnels today.
FlexiFunnels' strength isn't being a service-delivery back office. It's being the marketing and conversion engine for a service business. We've got plenty of current customers who run local services and use FlexiFunnels to promote and sell the offer, not to manage the job afterward. They're running landing pages for a seasonal offer, pushing a coupon, capturing leads, booking enquiries, taking payment or deposits, and following up. That's where it shines: getting the customer in the door and converting them, with the full conversion toolkit (split testing, popups, timers, social proof, cart recovery) behind it. Details here: https://sb.flexifunnels.com/conversion-optimisation
On templates and setup: we do have templates for local business categories, and on top of that the AI Page Builder lets you describe your exact service ("booking page for a plumbing business" or "salon seasonal offer page") and it builds the page around it. So even without a niche-specific template, you can generate a service-shaped page in minutes. Best way to feel it is to try one on the free trial with the included AI credits: https://flexifunnels.com/en
So the realistic picture: if you need a system that tracks job completion and service fulfillment end to end, FlexiFunnels isn't built for that piece today. If you want to market your services, capture and convert leads, run offers, and take bookings/payments, it does that very well, and many service businesses use it exactly this way.
If a native service product type matters to you, please log it on our public roadmap, we genuinely prioritize by votes, and this is the kind of request that gains traction: https://feedback.flexifunnels.com/roadmap
Tell me what your local service actually is and how you sell it (lead enquiries, instant booking, deposits, full payment?) and I'll tell you straight how close FlexiFunnels gets for your specific case 🙌
