If it's the second one — payments go directly to your Stripe/PayPal account. FlexiFunnels doesn't hold your money. When a customer pays, it lands in your account instantly (minus payment gateway fees). For refunds, you handle them directly through your Stripe or PayPal dashboard — full control on your end.
