Q: Can FlexiFunnels support integration with a custom local payment solution?

1.Can I embed custom local payment HTML/JS on each FlexiFunnels offer page and use webhooks to sync payment events back to FlexiFunnels?

2.Can FlexiFunnels accept externally triggered order/lead updates (via webhook or API) so purchases are attributed and funnel actions (emails, redirects, upsells) run normally?

3.Is it possible to route payment notifications through a third-party automation platform to update FlexiFunnels (orders, customer data, revenue) and trigger the funnel’s automation?

Good questions — let me go through each one.

1. Embedding Custom Payment HTML/JS:

You have a couple of options here:

Option A: If your payment gateway gives you an embed code, you can use the Custom Code element in FlexiFunnels to embed it directly on your page. Here's the knowledge base guide: https://help.flexifunnels.com/support/solutions/articles/36000381014-custom-code-element-settings

Option B: Add a button element on your FlexiFunnels landing page and link it to a checkout page built on your payment gateway. Visitor clicks the button → goes to your external checkout → completes payment there.

2. Externally Triggered Order/Lead Updates:

No — FlexiFunnels doesn't accept external triggers via webhook or API to update orders and run funnel actions.

FlexiFunnels is designed to be triggered internally. You use our checkout pages, connect them to your payment gateway (Currently - Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Cashfree, Instamojo), and all the funnel automation (emails, redirects, upsells, thank you pages, course access) runs automatically from there.

If you're selling courses and need to add members manually (from payments processed elsewhere), we do have a manual option to add course members inside the platform.

3. Routing Payment Notifications Through Third-Party:

Same answer as above — FlexiFunnels automation needs to be triggered from within the platform via our checkout system. External payment notifications can't trigger internal funnel actions.
