Great question — the 25,000 course member limit on Tier 4 counts total members currently in your account across all courses combined. Every member counts — active or inactive.

However, you can delete members anytime to free up slots. So if someone has completed a course and you no longer need them in the system, or you have inactive/free members from old courses — just remove them, and that capacity opens right back up. This gives you full control over your member count.

And if you do grow beyond 25,000 and want to keep everyone, we have affordable add-ons — $99 for 5,000 additional members, $199 for 10,000, or $38/month for unlimited course members.

So in practice, 25,000 is a very generous starting point, you have the flexibility to manage it by removing old members, and when your courses really take off, scaling up is easy and affordable.
