Q: Do you plan to add these key certification and access features to your roadmap?
I really like the platform and see strong potential in it. However, a few features are essential for my corporate training model, especially since my clients are already used to them. In order of priority: (1) certificate issuance linked to a minimum passing score on a final exam; (2) the ability to offer private training to an invited group without payment, but not publicly open; (3) certificates with authenticity verification (website validation, LinkedIn integration, or QR code); and (4) full certificate customization via HTML for branding alignment. These features are strategic for full adoption.

Feb 21, 2026A: Hey Flavio! Really appreciate the thoughtful feedback—and love that you’re considering FlexiFunnels for corporate training. That’s exactly the kind of use case we’re building for.
Let me go through each of your points:
(1) Certificate issuance linked to a minimum passing score on a final exam:
Great news — we already have quizzes and certificates built into our Course/LMS platform. Currently, certificates are issued on course completion. Tying certificate issuance to a minimum passing score on a quiz/exam is a natural extension and something that makes a lot of sense for corporate training.
(2) Private training for an invited group without payment:
This is possible today. You can create a course in FlexiFunnels and manually enroll specific members without requiring them to go through a checkout or payment process. This gives you a private, invite-only training setup — exactly what you’d need for corporate clients. If you need help setting this up, hit us up on live chat and we’ll walk you through it.
(3) Certificates with authenticity verification (website validation, LinkedIn, QR code):
We currently generate shareable Certificate URLs that members can share on professional networks like LinkedIn. Adding QR code verification and a dedicated validation page for authenticity checks is a fantastic idea for corporate use cases. This isn’t on the roadmap yet, but it’s the kind of feature that would benefit many users. Please do submit this with details on our roadmap.
(4) Full certificate customization via HTML for branding alignment:
Today, we offer certificate customization — you can personalize the headline, text fields, signature, signature name, text color, background image (813×568 px), logo (205×45 px), and badge (140×231 px) with left/right positioning. You also get automated completion emails with shortcodes for member name, course name, admin name, certificate URL, and date.
Full HTML-level customization for pixel-perfect branding would take this to the next level. Again, I’d love for you to submit this to our roadmap, including specifics on what you’d need.
In the meantime, we have a detailed help article that walks you through everything the current certificate settings can do — customization, badges, logos, email configuration, and more.
