Dec 1, 2025A: You can build only your front-end funnels completely inside FlexiFunnels — opt-in pages, sales pages, checkouts, upsells, thank-you pages, etc.
For backend funnels (email sequences) as you have asked in your question the answer is no
FlexiFunnels doesn’t replace a full email autoresponder/CRM.
So if you want ongoing sequences like welcome series, nurture, launch emails, newsletters, tagging automations, etc., you’ll integrate your email platform (AWeber, Kit/ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, SendFox, etc.). We have direct API Integrations with the major autoresponders so it would be a breeze to set that up
What FlexiFunnels does include natively:
Transactional/automation emails tied to products (like access or delivery emails).
Cart abandonment recovery emails for failed/abandoned payments are built in and can run without needing an autoresponder.
Funnels + pages + checkout + some built-in recovery/transaction emails are inside FlexiFunnels
For full backend email marketing sequences, you’ll integrate your email platform and FlexiFunnels provides a simpler way to do the integration.
