Q: Feature request of disabling invoicing not appearing on planned items, is that normal?

A few weeks ago we talked about a feature to disable the email with the invoice when people are added to the Membership (idealy, having a disable all feature and a disable when manually adding people feature). To avoid people receiving an invoice even if they were gifted a membership, for example. I created it on "ideas" in your roadmap system and you "authorized" it. But it never appeared in "planned" or "ongoing", is that normal?

Yes, totally normal. When we mark an idea as "authorized," it means we've reviewed it and confirmed it's something we want to build. The move from "planned" to "ongoing" occurs based on our sprint cycles.
The last couple of weeks have been incredible — our Sumo-lings have submitted over 150 new ideas, and honestly, a lot of them are really good. So we're working through them and slotting them into our development sprints based on priority and demand.
Your feature request to disable invoice emails for membership is a great one, and it's been moved to the planned section. You should see it reflected on the roadmap shortly.
This is actually one of the things I'm most proud of about our community — you all are literally shaping the product. We don't just collect ideas and forget about them. Every sprint, we look at what's been submitted, what's been upvoted the most, and we build accordingly.
