I purchased Tier 4 because the AppSumo listing said it includes all features. In the backend, I see Ads Attribution Tracking is only in Tier 5, and it wasn’t indicated as excluded. It’s unclear if other features are missing too, which is frustrating. Upgrading isn’t straightforward due to my coupon, which could cause loss of benefits.
Could you clarify:
Is Ads Attribution Tracking included in Tier 4?
Are other features missing from Tier 4?
Can I upgrade without losing my coupon benefits?

1. Is Ads Attribution Tracking included in Tier 4?
No — Ads Attribution and Source Tracking are Tier 5+ features. This is an advanced analytics layer that tracks the full customer journey — which specific ad, campaign, or traffic source generated each sale (similar to Hyros). It's still being built and will launch for Tier 5+ users.
As per AppSumo's policy, only features that are already live are included as part of the deal — which is why you might not have seen this distinction upfront. We share all our updates and upcoming features in the "From the Founders" posts on the deal page, so I'd recommend keeping an eye on those for the latest.
2. What IS included in your Tier 4 (and it's seriously powerful):

4. Regarding upgrading with your coupon:
I won't be able to directly upgrade a plan purchased through AppSumo from my end — that's handled on AppSumo's side.
