A: That is a valid question, and it is important to exercise caution on this matter, particularly as a UK/EU business.

Here’s the honest status, without any fluff:

We’re not fully GDPR-certified yet, but we're actively working on compliance. Our goal is to have this completed by mid-February (around Feb 15), and we’re pushing to get it done as early as possible.

The good news is that most of the technical groundwork is already in place:

* All pages are served over SSL.
* Data is encrypted
* Infrastructure is secure and privacy-focused

We are finishing the final requirements for full GDPR compliance, expected by our mid-February goal:
* Appointing a DPO
* Clear workflows for data access & deletion requests
* Consent handling and internal processes
* Proper documentation and compliance flows

This work is actively underway, with the formal compliance structure and processes scheduled for completion by February 15.

If GDPR is a hard requirement today, I want to be transparent that you may want to wait until this rollout is complete. But if you’re evaluating the platform now with the intention of using it once GDPR is live, you’re safe doing so.

A public announcement will be made once GDPR compliance is fully in place.
