A: Hey Matt_S_H,

Great set of questions — let me go through each one.

1) GENERAL

a) Yes — we have a Projects system, and each project can be connected to its own custom domain. You can organize your brands/clients by giving each one its own project with its own domain. If you want, multiple projects can also share one domain. And using our sub-user access feature, you can give granular project-level access to team members or clients — they only see what you allow them to see.

b) SMTP emails — if you're asking about transactional emails, FlexiFunnels handles all of those natively and automatically. This includes: lead magnet delivery emails, digital product delivery emails, course access and login credentials, purchase confirmation emails, cart abandonment recovery emails, and checkout-related notifications. All unlimited, all handled by us — no external SMTP needed for any of this. If you're looking for marketing/broadcast email capabilities, that's currently handled via your autoresponder integration (we have 20+ native integrations live — ActiveCampaign, Aweber, Encharge, Brevo, Close, SuiteDash, Vbout, and more). We do plan to bring in-built email marketing with your own SMTP connected in the future, but no specific timeline on that yet.

c) Brevo integration is already LIVE. Shipped February 2nd. Guide here: https://help.flexifunnels.com/support/solutions/articles/36000595361

d) GoCardLess — not something we've worked on yet. I'd recommend adding it as a feature request on our public roadmap: https://feedback.flexifunnels.com/roadmap. Features that get enough upvotes automatically get prioritized.

e) Physical product tracking/shipping integration — not available right now. FlexiFunnels is mostly used by digital products, courses, and services. No shipping or order tracking features currently.

2) WHITE LABELING

This is important — currently, zero FlexiFunnels branding shows on your landing pages. None. Your pages are 100% your brand, your domain, your design. Same with LMS/course pages — no FlexiFunnels branding visible to your students.

There may be FlexiFunnels branding in a couple of categories of transactional emails, but with white labeling, all of that gets taken care of.

What white labeling will do for the backend: your own domain for the dashboard, your logo, your branding colors, and potentially a different layout. So when your clients or team members log in, they see your brand — not FlexiFunnels. White labeling is targeting the Q2 2026 release.

3) LMS

a) Yes, all courses are fully mobile responsive. Your students can access everything on any device.

b) Drip feed for courses is already available — you can schedule lessons to unlock over time. If you're asking about automated emails when a new drip lesson unlocks, that's not natively available yet. Currently, FlexiFunnels sends transactional emails (course access, login, purchase confirmation). Automated lesson notification emails would fall under in-built email marketing, which is on our internal roadmap but no specific timeline yet. In the meantime, you can trigger this via your autoresponder integration using webhooks.

c) Native mobile app for learners — yes, it's something we plan to build. Can't give you an ETA on this right now, but it's on our radar.

4) FLEXIVIRAL

a) FlexiViral is NOT part of the Conversion Optimization Suite — it's a separate feature. FlexiViral is available from Tier 2 onwards with tier-based monthly lead limits: Tier 2 (200), Tier 3 (1,000), Tier 4 (2,000), Tier 5 (5,000), Tier 6 (10,000), Tier 7 (25,000). The Conversion Optimization Suite (split testing, social proof, exit popups, timers, cart abandonment) is a separate set of tools available from Tier 4+.

b) Here's how FlexiViral works: you set up a referral campaign (evergreen or time-bound). Someone signs up and gets a unique referral link. They share it with friends. When friends sign up through that link, the original person unlocks milestone rewards you've set (e.g., refer 3 friends = get a bonus PDF, refer 5 = get a free course). This creates a viral loop where your list grows without additional ad spend. Automated emails handle the referral notifications and reward delivery — these go through your own SMTP. c) FlexiViral limits are account-level, not per brand/project. If you need more capacity beyond your tier's limit, we'll be adding affordable monthly FlexiViral plans.

5) ZYLVIE COMPARISON

I've done a detailed side-by-side comparison of FlexiFunnels vs Zylvie for you — https://docs.google.com/document/d/17yexrUKV-vA1WxHcwS1NuiGrSsnKrN5jw_eDofMHg3U/edit?usp=sharing.

Short version: Zylvie is a checkout-first tool, FlexiFunnels is a complete funnel-first platform. Very different products solving very different problems.

Let me know if you need anything else 🙌
