Great question — and the answer is simple.

Your customer never sees the transaction fee. They see the full product price, they pay the full product price, and the full amount goes directly into your Stripe or PayPal account. The customer relationship is entirely between you and your buyer — FlexiFunnels never interacts with your customer or shows up anywhere in their purchase experience.

The transaction fee is settled separately between you and FlexiFunnels. We're currently building a system to deduct this automatically, but in the meantime, it's handled through a simple monthly invoice from us to you based on your transactions.

So to be clear — your customer pays you directly, you receive the full amount, and FlexiFunnels settles its fee with you separately. Clean and transparent.

And here's the thing worth remembering - the 1-2% transaction fee pays for itself many times over. The built-in checkout gives you bump offers, one-click upsells and downsells, cart abandonment recovery (up to 15 automated emails), exit-intent popups, countdown timers, social proof, coupon codes, and native Facebook Conversion API. Each of these features individually can lift your revenue by 10-30%. You'll make far more from these conversion tools than the small fee costs.
