Q: Tier 7
Hi,
You made me really disappointed.
I had tier 4 and was working on my first funnel.
I got an email of you with the offer of tier 7.
I refunded my tier 4 to buy tier 7.
But appsumo does not allow that.
Please help as soon as possible. We need the funnel for our next week campaign.

I just spoke with someone on the AppSumo team, and here's what's happening: AppSumo has a 24-hour cooling period policy when you refund a deal and try to repurchase the same deal. So you'll need to wait 24 hours from the time of your refund before you can purchase Tier 7.
For future reference, the easier way to upgrade is directly from your AppSumo Products page — just click "Change Plan" and select the higher tier. That way you only pay the difference and there's no refund/repurchase process involved.
Now, I know you have a campaign launching next week and you need to keep building. So here's what we'll do — once the 24-hour window passes, go ahead and retry the Tier 7 purchase. If for any reason it still doesn't go through, email me directly at [email protected] and I'll set up your access from the backend myself so you can get your work done while the purchase sorts itself out.
You won't lose any time on your campaign — we'll make sure of that 🙌
