2 years later: still buggy, unreliable, and not safe for serious work
I invested heavily in FlexiFunnels because the product was presented as if the AI builder, cloning, and lesson workflow would become genuinely usable for real business work. That has not been my experience.
After nearly 2 years, I have seen very limited meaningful improvement. The platform still feels unstable, buggy, and hard to trust. The AI builder gets stuck, previews fail, cloning is unreliable, and the overall workflow is confusing enough that it breaks momentum instead of saving time.
The most serious issue for me has been data loss. I spent substantial time adding resources across multiple modules and lessons, only to find them gone the next day. That is not a minor bug. It caused real production loss and removed confidence in using the platform for anything important.
I am also deeply uncomfortable with the way support and account access have been handled. I have concerns about data privacy and internal access to user projects, and that makes it even harder to trust the platform with business-critical content or intellectual property.
I wanted this to work and gave it more than enough time. But based on my experience, this product is still too unreliable for serious use.

Jul 5, 2026Hi, I read this properly, and I'm not going to give you a defensive reply. Some of what you've raised (data loss and trust) is serious, and you gave the platform real time, so you deserve a real response.
Let me take the most important one first: the data loss. I want to be honest, I'm not yet sure what specifically happened, and I don't want to guess in a comment. Resources disappearing is not something we see as normal, so rather than trade messages, I'd like to get on a call with you. My team will walk through your account with you, look at exactly where those resources are, and understand each thing you've run into. Sometimes what feels like data loss turns out to be content that's still there in a different place, and sometimes it's a real bug we need to fix. Either way, I want to see it with you rather than explain it away. Email me at [email protected], and we'll set that up.
On the AI builder getting stuck and previews failing, let me be straight, rather than spin it. The AI Page Builder is the one part of the platform that leans on an external AI dependency, so it does occasionally fail mid-generation. We see it roughly once in every 200 generations, and when it does, the credit is refunded. So I won't pretend it's flawless. But once in 200 isn't the pattern you're describing. If it's failing on you far more than that, something specific to your account is worth looking into, and that's exactly what I want to check on the call. Worth adding: if you look across this AppSumo page, the AI Page Builder is the single most praised feature in the 5-star reviews. That's not me claiming perfection, it's just that the typical experience is people being genuinely surprised by the output. So if yours has been the opposite, I want to understand why rather than leave it.
Now the part I most want to address, because trust matters more than any feature: internal access and data privacy.
We are GDPR certified, and here's exactly how access works, so there's no ambiguity. Your data is fully encrypted. A support team member cannot simply open your account. The only way anyone from support can enter is with a support passphrase that you choose to share, specifically so we can help resolve the query you came to us with. That passphrase refreshes every two days, so access can't be quietly reused later. On top of that, your reports and data are not accessible to support at all, that access is disabled for the team. They can go into your pages or project to help with the specific thing you asked about, and nothing more. Your reports, your numbers, your customer data are not visible to them.
So, on the privacy concern specifically, I can tell you plainly: there's no open internal access to user projects or data. It's encrypted, gated behind a passphrase only you control, rotated every two days, with reports walled off entirely.
I'm not going to argue with your experience. What I'd rather do is get on a call, go through every issue you listed one by one, fix what's fixable, and clear up anything that turns out to be working differently than you thought. If you're open to it, email me and let's book that.
