I previously raised concerns around account behaviour, support handling, and the lack of rollback in the app builder. Those issues were real at the time and worth flagging.

What ultimately changed my position is how the FlexiFunnels team, including the founders, handled the feedback.

The founders stepped in directly, addressed the concerns transparently, and openly acknowledged where the UX messaging and internal support processes fell short. There was clear self-criticism, detailed explanations, and concrete actions shared on how they are improving both the product and support workflows. That level of ownership matters.

It is also clear that these founders are not just selling hype. FlexiFunnels is built on a robust underlying platform, with continuous improvements and new features actively being developed and shipped. This is not a static tool. It is evolving quickly, and real user feedback is clearly shaping the roadmap.

Support has since been responsive, clear, and proactive. They listened, followed up quickly, and acted on advice rather than deflecting it. That is not something you see often, especially at this stage of growth.

The planned rollback and version history for the app builder was also confirmed, which removes one of the biggest risks when building with AI-assisted tools. Knowing this is already in motion gives confidence to build more seriously.

As for the platform itself, FlexiFunnels is a powerhouse. It is broad enough to support multiple use cases, funnels, courses, apps, and automations, and deep enough for builders who want real control and flexibility. With the current pace of improvements, it is positioned to become a very strong all-in-one system.

Taking the full picture into account, including how professionally my concerns were handled, I am comfortable giving this 5 tacos. The product has depth, the platform is solid, and the team has proven they listen and improve fast.
