Tier 7 Lifetime Deal - Clarity Questions Unanswered Despite Engagement Elsewhere
I am changing my review, due to Manny's reponse to my questions on the questions tab, but leaving my comment below for context. Manny took the time to answer even though I had already requested a refund. So, I appreciate that! My only hope is that Flexifunnels will add any future features and include them with the current deal and if the Flexifunnels team wants to charge for a feature, then develop it as seperate application.
I am therefore giving a 4 tacos for taking the time to provide clarity regarding the deal.

What I'm Seeking: Complete Clarity
I want to be clear about my intent with this review. I am not questioning the product's quality or the founder's commitment. I am seeking straightforward answers to specific questions about what I purchased.
Background: Standard LTD Questions All Developers Should Answer
Before purchasing any lifetime deal, buyers deserve clarity on three universal issues:
What does "lifetime" mean?
What features are included now and in the future?
Which features require additional payment?
These questions protect buyers from bait-and-switch practices common in the LTD space.
My Specific Questions to FlexiFunnels
On January 20, 2026, I posted four questions in the FlexiFunnels Q&A section:
"What is your definition of Lifetime access to a SAAS application?"
"The application has six of the twenty eight applications complete. Will Appsumo users have access to all of the application under development?"
"Are there features and applications that are planned in the future that will not be apart of the Appsumo lifetime license?"
"Why is the system asking for credits to be purchased?" (Tier 7 includes 200 credits)
These questions are specific to FlexiFunnels' stated roadmap of 28 applications with only 6 complete.
The Facts
Question Posted: January 20, 2026, 9:00 AM (approx.)
Current Status: January 22, 2026, 5:00 AM — All four questions remain unanswered (48+ hours)
Verified by: Timestamps visible in the public Q&A section at: https://appsumo.com/products/flexifunnels/questions/?ref=pdp
Pattern on Same Page: The FlexiFunnels team have responded to other questions posted on the same day within hours. My questions specifically about the lifetime deal terms received no response.
The Relevant Comparison
On January 14, 2026, another user (Pushkar_suthar) posted a 4-star review with a fear about lifetime deal sustainability. The concern was valid: the founder has publicly stated he's not a fan of lifetime deals due to economics.
Maddy's response was detailed. He explained:
How the deal is structured to be sustainable
Why bandwidth limits protect the model
How transaction fees maintain revenue flow
Why separate treatment doesn't exist between LTD and regular users
This response was thorough and directly addressed the sustainability concern.
Yet when I ask the same buyer four specific questions about what "lifetime" means and what's included, the response is silence.
Why This Matters
The contrast is revealing:
When asked about sustainability concerns, the founder provides detailed explanation
When asked about definition of terms, there is no response
For a Teir 7 purchase, I need clarity on what I actually own. The product's sustainability is good context, but it doesn't answer what features are included, what's excluded, and what will cost extra.
Questions about the purchase terms themselves should have answers at least as detailed as concerns about sustainability.
What This Reveals
A buyer purchasing a lifetime deal needs to know:
What "lifetime" contractually means
Whether the 22 remaining planned applications are included or separate products
Which features will require additional payment
These aren't edge cases. These are the terms of purchase.
The fact that the founder can engage in detailed discussion about sustainability but doesn't answer these four specific questions suggests the answers are either unclear or uncomfortable to provide.
Impact on Buyer Decision
I cannot verify if this purchase aligns with my needs without answers to these four questions. The product functions well, and the founder's thinking on sustainability is clear. But the terms of the actual lifetime deal remain
.
For Tier 7 buyers considering this purchase, the unanswered questions mean you cannot verify what "lifetime" includes before committing.
Current Status
Questions: Unanswered as of January 22, 2026
Response Status: Awaiting direct response to these four points

Jan 23, 2026Hey Eric,
Really appreciate you updating the review — and more importantly, for asking the hard questions in the first place. These are exactly the kinds of questions that help everyone in the community make informed decisions.
For anyone reading this review wondering about Eric's original questions — all four have been answered in detail here: https://appsumo.com/products/flexifunnels/questions/what-is-your-definition-of-lifetime-1470690/
Now let me address your hope directly: "My only hope is that FlexiFunnels will add any future features and include them with the current deal."
This isn't a hope — it's already how we operate, and have been operating for 3.5 years.
Every core platform update is included. Pages, funnels, checkouts, courses, AI Page Builder, AI Marketing Engine — and everything we're building on top: affiliate tracking, source tracking, gamification, calendar functionality, quiz pages, subscription payments. All of it. In fact, just today we are rolling out end to end language customization and R2L (right-to-left) language customization for elements that weren't customizable before. That's two updates going live today alone.
If you look at our roadmap — https://feedback.flexifunnels.com/roadmap — 99% of the items there are core platform updates. Every single one is included for LTD users.
What's NOT included? Only things that are logically separate platforms. For example, a WhatsApp marketing and automation tool — that's clearly not a funnel builder, it's a completely different product category. We've been transparent about this distinction everywhere.
Here's something people don't realize: even a single line item on a roadmap can represent months of work. Take "GDPR, SOC2, and ISO compliance" — that looks like one pointer. In reality, it's 2+ months of continuous development, 200+ formalities, audits, documentation. We're doing it because our international users need it.
I want to share something with you — here's a quick video showing our internal development notes for the editor, checkout, and membership systems: https://share.zight.com/llupeKzP
What you see on the public roadmap is half the equation. This is what's actually being built behind the scenes.
We've been running for 3.5 years. Every single update has gone to every single customer. We've never done a "2.0" or "3.0" launch where existing users get left behind. One platform, continuously updated, everyone gets everything.
On the 2-day delay for your questions — I explained this in my reply to your comment, but for context here: we were running a 2-day live implementation workshop for AppSumo buyers at 6:30 AM our time (replay: https://sb.flexifunnels.com/live-implementation). We have full Indian market operations running during the day, and international operations in the evening/night. During those two specific days, the workshop took priority and 5-6 questions got queued. Otherwise, we've answered 250+ questions on this AppSumo page — every single one within 24 hours. If you will see, we chose that time for the live implementation session because it was comfortable for most international buyers, even though it was not a comfortable timing for us, so again the intent always is to best serve our community.
One more thing — we have 3,500+ documented success stories from customers: https://sb.flexifunnels.com/flexifunnels-testimonials. This isn't a new product hoping things work out. It's a mature platform with a loyal, happy customer base built over years of shipping updates and providing quality support.
I genuinely appreciate the thoroughness of your review. Questions like yours make the community stronger.
