Q: I purchased a lifetime plan from Fliki in March 2023, which initially provided full access to all features.

As of July 3, 2024, the plan has been restricted to only 44 voices. Upon contacting customer support, I was advised to switch to a monthly plan to access the previously available voices. This change contradicts the original terms of the "lifetime" deal, leading to a very disappointing experience.

Q: I bought Fliki LTD because it promised to provide all upcoming plans and updates, as mentioned in the Appsumo listing description.

However, I have yet to receive the promised updates. Whenever I log in to the app, I am prompted to upgrade to a premium account to access the new updates. I emailed Fliki to inform them about this issue, and they said I needed to upgrade. Additionally, many of the included initially voices now require an additional payment for the "Premium" version. This goes against the agreement made with Appsumo to provide the promised LTD (limited) service.
I purchased this LTD based on my confidence in Fliki's potential. Kindly ensure that all the recent updates are implemented on my account. Thank you.

Q: From the official website, i can see fliki has many feature, such as text to video , blog to video, ppt to video.

Just to reconfirm that those are not included in this offer?

Q: Doesn't this Fliki LTD offer all future plans and updates (as stated in the description on the Appsumo listing)?

Now most of the voices are categorized as "premium" and cost extra. Just like Keven Johnson, I hope this is a glitch and my hope is that my LTD account would be upgraded to include the current updates as well as "all future plans and updates."
