- Hi, I sent a direct email via your website. I purchased Tier 3, I added CNAME records more than 48 hours ago, with TTL of 1 minute. The CNAME has propagated, I have checked via DNS Toolbox websites. I own another FlipBooks product also via appsumo, and the CNAME on that was setup in minutes. I am still having issues with yours. Can you please look into your Bunny.net hosting to see if everything is configured because it's saying "Domain suspended or not configured". Thank you. Sye
- Hi, Looks great. Considering buying tier 3. However, a review posed these somewhat caveats: 1. Requires an upgrade to change the logo colour. 2. Full-screen embed made it impossible to re-enter my site to edit (DNN platform). This forced me to restore a backup on the site! 3. No ability to remove the Powered by link. Having any links to outside websites (especially non-related content) should be my choice. It is an SEO issue. Displaying the link promotes flipbooklets and undermines my site's SEO. Are you going to change these caveats?
- Nearly sold on this, but was hoping you could clarify the following: • Q1: Could you share examples of what the flipbook would look like directly embeded onto a site? Currently, all of the examples on your website are clickable photo links and not directly embeded in a live way that someone could engage with the flipbook without having to link elsewhere first. • Q2: Are there options that can be adjusted to the embed code and/or default flipbook settings as a whole? For instance, we may want to disable the sound of the page flip, or what page it starts on by default. Thanks for the clean product and (hopefully) prompt reply! 🙏
- 1) The max book size is referring to Per File (single pdf upload) or the entire pdf collection uploaded into the account in the platform will only hold max to xx MB max book size? 2) Is there a sample to see how a live flipbook looks like for Tier 1? Tq
