Q: Your example flipbooks on your site are a bit slow - is that standard?
I like your product and am considering buying Tier 3, but the sample booklets on your site took 3-5 seconds each to first load. That's not a crazy long time, but today when users expect instant loading, it feels a bit slow. I am assuming your own sample PDFs are fully web-optimized, so is this initial lag expected even with the most optimized forms?

Apologies for the slow reply here. I've also emailed you directly but this question deserves a proper public answer.
The short version: no, that lag isn't inherent to the product.
Our sample booklets are not fully optimised. That was a deliberate choice as we wanted them to be representative of a typical customer's file rather than a best-case showcase. Reading your question back...
Thanks for getting in touch. temima is correct. With the top tier you'll have access to the Advanced Analytics which includes everything in Basic and more.

Thanks for the patience on this one! Multiple custom domain support is coming as part of the Agency Add-On, which is currently in final testing and close to launch.
We're aiming to release this at the end of the month/early next month. I'll be posting an update here as soon as it's ready.
Q: Branding removing
Hello,
I bought tier 3 in Appsummo a few weeks ago. It says I can remove your branding from my flipbooks.
I have removed the logo and the “powered by” text; however, your favicon and tag text still appear on my flipbooks (promoting your app).
I would like to have that removed, as it interferes with my branding and doesn’t look professional.
Is there any way to achieve this?

The top tier doesn't include Basic Analytics.
