Nov 23, 2024A: Hi MyLTD,
Thanks for your question. I'm afraid I cannot give a definitive answer to this one as it all comes down to the content. If the PDF is saved/exported for digital distribution then you will be able to have hundreds of pages and come in well under that limit. It all depends on the contents. I've seen some users have over 100 pages and their PDF is less than 15mb, for others it is around 50mb.
I am sorry that may not seem like a very helpful answer but I hope it makes sense.
Many thanks for considering FlipBooklets.

I use Canva. I saved 8 pages as a PDF standard doc and it's way over 125 MB. I used one free tool to make it fit under the 125MB but not sure if it will work on 20 pages. What program do you suggest I use for compression as I'd LOVE to talk to your users with over 100 pages and their PDF is less than 15 MB. I am doing something wrong here and it's not your program's fault at all, but I must fix
Hi Lisa,
Thanks for getting in touch with support and I am glad we were able to help resolve the issue for you!!
Just as a note for others that use Canva, there is a specific setting, "PDF Standard", the books are then compressed for digital distribution. Adding print ready files to the system will cause the PDFs to be very large and will also slow rendering considerably.
Many thanks

@LisaBastian - you'll need a Pro Pdf-editor - e.g. Foxit, Nitro etc. Or this one which I happened to find on AppSumo now: https://appsumo.com/products/updf/
Or this one

Hey MyLTD,
Thank you for that link! That is a great one. I will pick one of those up so we can test properly with it and help advise others too.
We also recommend https://www.adobe.com/uk/acrobat/online/compress-pdf.html
Many thanks
