e4d78861a19e4411a1772678393d6aeaQ: Analytics is not included in Tier 3, but I cannot see a tier 4 option
Hi, I would really like to purchase this but I need analytics. I saw in a previous comment from a couple of months ago, you suggested to somebody that they purchase the highest level for analytics. From the screen that I see, it seems like tier 3 is the highest level and it does not include analytics. Can you clarify please?

Good spot, the table isn’t too clear and is confusing.
Tier 3 does include analytics. It includes the Advanced analytics, which is the fuller version: per-book figures, device, browser and OS breakdowns, more detail than Basic. The reason Basic shows a cross is that Advanced replaces it rather than sitting alongside it, so it’s the upgrade rather than something missing.
There’s no Tier 4. Tier 3 is the top tier, and it has the most complete analytics we currently offer (which we will continue to expand on).
I’ll get the table clarified so this isn’t confusing for anyone else.
Happy to answer anything else before you decide.
Many thanks,
Ben
