If the links are embedded correctly in the PDF then FlipBooklets will automatically pick them up. Links can be used internally (to link to other pages in the PDF) or externally. A good demo of this is our Audi example available on our website.

While true PDF forms display and are interactive in the Flip Book, they do not submit so I would have to answer no for PDF Forms.
