Hi, I sent a direct email via your website. I purchased Tier 3, I added CNAME records more than 48 hours ago, with TTL of 1 minute. The CNAME has propagated, I have checked via DNS Toolbox websites. I own another FlipBooks product also via appsumo, and the CNAME on that was setup in minutes. I am still having issues with yours.
