Q: Customer support depth and WIX integration

I am considering buying Tier 3. Before I do, want to know a few things: 1) How many ways can I reach customer support; e.g., chat, email and/or phone, and how long does it take to get back to a customer? 2) Do you host webinars live, and then allow us to review them later, about various features/benefits of product? Where can I find this knowledge? 3) I use Wix.com to create my websites and am a novice. So I see you talk about Wordpress. Can I integrate this product easily on a Wix.com website? Thank you!

Thanks for your questions. I can certainly help.

1. This is via chat, email or via a form to setup a support ticket. We always aim to reply within 24 hours Mon-Fri. That being said our response times are usually much quicker.
2. We have not hosted webinars to date but as our community grows this is certainly something we are considering if it would be useful for people. Once you sign into the system, on our support page we have videos you can review covering the features of the system.
3. I am pleased to say, yes! You can paste our embed code into a block on wix for the book to be displayed.
