I ask because I have previously paid for products here that did not live up to their claims, and the refund process was a bit traumatic. I'm interested in the product, I would like to see all the features of the Plan 3.

Thanks for your question. I'm afraid there isn't a trial. We offer a free plan for you to try first but not of tier 3 I'm afraid.
Sorry to hear about your previous refund experience. Every refund I've done has been instant with no questions asked. I'd probably get in touch with the guys at AppSumo, they might be able to help if needed.
