Q: Purchased Tier 3 and having some issues would appreciate response to my email
Hi, I sent a direct email via your website. I purchased Tier 3, I added CNAME records more than 48 hours ago, with TTL of 1 minute. The CNAME has propagated, I have checked via DNS Toolbox websites. I own another FlipBooks product also via appsumo, and the CNAME on that was setup in minutes. I am still having issues with yours. Can you please look into your Bunny.net hosting to see if everything is configured because it's saying "Domain suspended or not configured". Thank you. Sye

I’m not seeing your message in our support inbox at the moment. Did you send it via the support form or directly to support@flipbooklets.com?
If DNS has fully propagated, this usually means the custom domain just needs an additional verification step with our provider. Their default message is “Domain suspended or not configured”, which we know isn’t very helpful and are working to improve.
If you could resend your request via the support form (here https://flipbooklets.com/support), it will come straight through to us without any risk of filtering.
We’re also in the middle of a custom domain infrastructure switchover. Full details are here:

All customers using custom domains have already been emailed about this change.
Once I have your details, I’ll get this checked and resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Hi Beesum, same issue here ... seeing "Domain suspended or not configured" even if it shows active on admin FlipBooklets. Already email you and waiting for a resolution! Thanks, Adrian
