FlipBooklets is solid - easy to use and set up
I really liked how easy it was to use and set up booklets. The adjustments make sense. I wasn't a terrible fan of how to pay for and upgrade some of the services, but that was a minor inconvenience and their customer support rectified it quickly. I'm using it more frequently and would recommend it to others.

Needs 2 things to be perfect
Very good, but sorely lacks:
1) email notifications to admin when form submission is completed
2) an added option to ask visitor for phone number in addition email.
