Needs 2 things to be perfect
Very good, but sorely lacks:
1) email notifications to admin when form submission is completed
2) an added option to ask visitor for phone number in addition email.

Three Issues Detract from Value
The software works with the following caveats...
1. Requires an upgrade to change the logo color (how ridiculous is that!)
2. Full screen embed made it impossible to re-enter my site to edit (DNN platform). This forced me to restore a backup on the site!
3. No ability to remove the Powered by link. Having any links to outside websites (especially non-related content) should be my choice. It is an SEO issue. Displaying the link promotes flipbooklets and demotes my own sites SEO value.
