Q: Hey!

I just joined and tried to have my validation code sent and it did not go to my email. I've sent a request to support. I need to get in fast or I'll just refund the product. Anything that can be done to help me with this quicker???

I understand how frustrating it can be when you are eager to sign up for a service and start using it right away.
I also got the email you have mentioned do**@dougsuite.com in the support email.

Upon investigating the issue, I found that you had used your alternate email, dou***[email protected], to sign up for FlipLink.

I apologize for any confusion this may have caused, and I would like to confirm that the verification email has been sent to the correct email address used by you screenshot below.

I also noticed that you mentioned a refund in your previous message.

I am here to provide assistance to you via Zoom call and help you with any issues that you may have. But pointing for refund directly doesn't sound good for an experience buyer here :)

Are you really calling me out for stating that your product activation was not working correctly? Note that my only reason for the refund was to move ahead more quickly with a second purchase.

So, my original email applied to the first purchase was ending in [email protected]. I never received that confirmation. I purchased a SECOND account and put it under the [email protected] account. That one worked perfectly, and I used the product and loved the look of the .pdf on the computer. I have still not seen how it looks on the iPhone yet.

My disappointment now is that you did not look at my accounts carefully enough to solve the issue, and you have publicly shamed me for asking for quicker help. But, since your product seems to be pretty amazing, I will overlook that.

I will refund the first purchase and keep the second. I would humbly advise you not to chew out people who are disappointed and reach out for help, due to the fact that your system did not activate/work properly. "Not a good look" for vendor on Appsumo.

✅✅ ahh ; may be that's why I put "might" there!

BTW the code is irrespective to the email you purchased; it can work on any account!

Like I said, I LOVE the look of the .pdfs and I will be using your product in many of my business sites. I've always hated the look of a blank .pdf. Not inspiring. But, This- will be amazing.

Sure thing; I am glad :)

However; just for your knowledge;
you will find two options in the Fliplink ;
One "Create Flipbook" another "Create Document". try both!

After launching the document feature in fliplink last month; I got many requests from companies that they only want the document version of fliplink;

They send regular invoices, cost estimates and document like proposal ; they did not want them to be flipping.

That audience wants all the feature of fliplink ; like tracking and customizability ; so I have carved this out into a new product coming soon that will only make pdf as document formate; the same will be available in fliplink as all future updates are promised.

Currently only 10% of fliplink audience use document feature.
So if your use case is more of document; I would suggest to go heavy on the upcoming product;
fliplink will have both flipbook and document feature;
doclink will have only document feature.

but only document version is going to be a bit cheaper than fliplink.
That I made only for corporate use mostly.

PS launched the Team member feature yesterday only :)
I have to make explainer videos of all the new features soon on YouTube channel.
