SyeQ: Is it possible to send transactional emails using custom domains SMTP?
Hi, I am interested in purchasing your product. I've been going through past questions that other people have asked. I saw a question going back to 2004 when a user asked when SMTP service to send emails using our own domains would be available. At that time you said it should be available within a month. I just wanted to doublecheck if the SMTP service to be able to send transactional emails using my own domain is now available as an option?

To address your query regarding the ability to send transactional emails using a custom domain SMTP, we initially intended to provide this feature. However, during the development process, we identified that many users might face technical challenges with having their own SMTP. As a temporary solution, we offer a generic email service for OTP verifications and general notifications.
We acknowledge the importance of having the option for custom domain SMTP for transactional emails and have noted this request on our Trello board. We are planning to revisit and potentially implement this feature after February 16th, along with a new version of Fliplink.

Hi Sumit, constructive feedback, setting up SMTP won't be an issue for your users. Secondly, the main reason I purchased your product instead of FlipBooklets (on appsumo) at half the price with unlimited books is because of the transaction capability. I have Zylvie, meaning I could sell with FlipBooklets. Your USP is the ability to sell directly, so SMTP makes a big difference to us.Thank you.

++ Do you think it should be an account feature ; or individual fliplink feature.
I think it has to go with individual fliplink ; so in case users would want to setup different SMTP for each they can.
Let me know your views, and I am discussing this to get done with my team.
