If I purchase the Team Plan with Team Collaboration, I can set up 5 users. If I later have 6 team members, what should I do? By the way, 5 team members is a very low limit.

A: If your team grows beyond 5 contributing users, you’ll need to purchase additional user licenses for members who need to create, edit, or contribute content. There is no limit for users who only need to view the workspace. The self-service option to add extra licenses will be available soon, but for now, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll help you set it up.

Q: Can we enable "downloading" when sharing videos with others?
I'm a developmental (structural) editor, and I've been using Loom to provide video feedback for authors. The authors need to be able to download the shared video and save it with their process journal. So far, I don't see that option. Please advise.

A: Only the owner of the video can enable or download the video file. Viewers (like your authors) don’t automatically get download access.
What you can do right now:
Share the video via a public link, or Invite them using a private/shared link
