kim052Q: Can we enable "downloading" when sharing videos with others?
I'm a developmental (structural) editor, and I've been using Loom to provide video feedback for authors. The authors need to be able to download the shared video and save it with their process journal. So far, I don't see that option. Please advise.

Apr 17, 2026A: Only the owner of the video can enable or download the video file. Viewers (like your authors) don’t automatically get download access.
What you can do right now:
Share the video via a public link, or
Invite them using a private/shared link
