It's connectwithnik@gmail.com. I sent an email to hello@flotiq.com.
Q: Can you help me understand the difference between this and fireapis?
Which I also purchased here
I do not have enough understanding to see the difference yet but I get that both tools are powerful in using and developing apis which I would like to be doing more of.
Interesting comparison! Both products look quite similar - in both, you can define what you want to store (types, attributes), and in both, you get API with documentation.
Fireapis seems more intended for developers, and Flotiq for developers and content editors. Why? For example, in Fireapis, you have a data entry view described as 'Testing API' in the endpoint management view and not as separate forms. A regular content editor doesn't need to know what an API is. In Flotiq, the data entry and editing view are more wordpress-like.
We also don't have a media library at fireapis for media management by non-technical users.
I think that both products are valuable depending on the use case. If you only care about building and testing APIs and storing data for your application, Fireapis seems to be more suitable. If you also want to have forms designed for non-technical users, support for the website development process (Gatsby / NextJS starters etc.) - Flotiq seems to be more suitable.
A: Hi, Thanks for asking. I'll start with Bildr - yes, Flotiq can be used as a data source. Here is a good explanation of how to add a custom API to Bildr. [https://youtu.be/6zpXri0GId4]. In our case, you will be able to use your API created in Flotiq - e.g. listing objects https://flotiq.com/docs/API/content-type/listing-co/
Regarding Bubble - there is also no problem using data from Flotiq as the data source. You can do this as a data connector by using the plugin https://manual.bubble.io/core-resources/bubble-made-plugins/api-connector and entering it, as in the case of Bildr, the appropriate endpoint of your API.
If you need a tutorial/video, please add a post on our wishlist - we will try to prepare material about the integration https://flotiq.productlift.dev/t/wish-list
Q: Is there any chance for this LTD returning to appsumo?

Q: Can Flotiq be used as a backend for a no-code builder like Bubble or Bildr?
If so, are there any documents/videos showing how this would work?

Ahh cool. Looks like the deal has ended already so unfortunately I didn't get to pick it up. Will you be coming back to AppSumo?
