A: Hi relvin3399 - A normal scan costs 20 credits for a webpage. You can do usability, copy and accessibility audits. For long/dense pages, there is also a Deep Usability scan that is more detailed and costs 100 credits.
Hope that helps - do let us know if you have any further questions.
Is Design Diff the only action I can perform through the Chrome Extension? I'm not a Figma user but I'd like to use this tool to audit web apps I'm building (potentially mobile apps down the line too). I don't really care for Design Diff that much because I don't work off of a design document like Figma but would love to use Design Audit, and Flow Analysis on my workflow to help identify UI/UX...

A: Great question - and great timing!
Design Diff is indeed the main action available through the Chrome extension now, but we're scheduled to begin rolling out an extension update starting tomorrow. This adds new Audit functionality - the ability to run usability, copy, and accessibility audits directly on live web apps, with issues highlighted on the page itself, all without needing Figma or an...
@dokgu - our chrome extension has now been updated to include Audits! You can now do Usability, Copy and Accessibility audits on any URL, get the same level of feedback+recommendations, and with this, also get a prompt to take back to an LLM if you're using one, or a PDF report to share with colleagues or clients.
Hope you can check it out and let us know what you think!
Your website says Flow Testing costs 75 credits but the deal page says it costs 200 credits. Why the discrepancy?

A: Hi dokgu,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Flow Testing is indeed 75 credits, and our website reflects the correct cost.
We haven’t been able to locate the 200-credit reference on the AppSumo deal page. Could you please share a screenshot or point us to where you’re seeing it? We’ll get it corrected right away.
@Rags_FlotoAI, on the deal page where the different tiers are presented, the very first row is for Credits and if you hover over it, it says 200 credits per flow.
When making new products, using this to get Ai some feedback. Question - what model is user under the hood?

A: Yes, absolutely! Right now this works best for vibe coding specially if you’re using Figma Make, or can bring your product screens into Figma. You can use our Figma plugin to get actionable feedback on your UI and user flows before you feed those learnings back into your coding workflow.
We’re also expanding our Chrome extension with vibe coders in mind. The goal is to let you get feedback...
@danirogerc - we have just added design audit to our Chrome extension, so that you can feedback for any vibe coded apps you are building directly from the browser. We have also added the ability to get a prompt for the fixes to take back to your LLM to iterate on this feedback. Would love to hear any thoughts - https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/gnkckbifdpiibmmopohgdbjnfccghccc
Hi, I’m a freelance designer and I’m trying to determine whether the Tier 1 plan would be sufficient for my needs, but I’d like to be sure. Could you clarify what “shared personas,” “pooled credits across teams,” and can you define credit usage?
Additionally, what are the exact differences between these LTD tiers and the plans available on your website? Do LTD users also receive lifetime updates and access to new features?

I work developing native applications, and being able to audit the UI/UX design would be very useful. I am waiting for this option to be developed.
What about a non-web application—I mean a native app for Mac or Windows? Is there a way to audit it without using Figma?

Great catch! Thanks for spotting this - our bad, we missed out on this when we set up the deal page, and we'll fix this asap.
