This tool is absolutely amazing!
I've tried several tools to automate LinkedIn prospecting, and without a doubt, this is the best one by far.
It's not just about the tool itself, there's a proven methodology, a complete system, and outstanding support behind it.
Don't hesitate for a second to get it. It's absolutely worth every penny.
Tom is a rockstar!

My First Lead Search Worked, but important notice
I bought Flow AI Tier 1 with a specific job in mind: find relevant B2B prospects, organise them into lists and use that research in a wider AI-assisted sales workflow. I've now tested the lead finder with an investor search in my city. It's a promising start, but the experience also exposed some friction that I think is worth sharing.
The search itself did what I needed at this early stage. I could look for a defined audience and save a list of relevant profiles without having to subscribe to LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I like that Flow brings prospect discovery, list management and LinkedIn outreach into the same application. If your work happens mainly on LinkedIn, having those steps close together is a practical advantage.
My main difficulty came after I created the list. I wanted to take the results out of Flow and work with them alongside other business data. I looked for a CSV export action in the search and list-building area and couldn't find it. Eventually, I emailed support. Co-founder Tom Gray explained that I needed to open the saved list under Outreach, choose Export and then select CSV.
That's a small moment, but an important one. If someone has just finished finding and selecting prospects, exporting the list is a natural next action. Making users switch to a different section without a clear signpost interrupts the workflow. An export button beside the saved search or list, or even a short hint pointing to Outreach, would make the product much easier to learn. A preview of the available CSV columns before downloading would help too.
The information that travels with the list is another practical consideration. According to the export details provided by support, the standard CSV contains a person's name, role, company and LinkedIn URL. Those are useful fields for identifying people and continuing a LinkedIn-focused process. For my broader workflow, though, they're a starting point rather than a finished contact record. I still need to research companies, check relevance and prepare the records before using them elsewhere.
That's not a criticism of Flow for failing to be every kind of sales platform. It's an observation about how the experience fits different customers. The product seems more directly suited to finding people and engaging with them on LinkedIn than to producing a complete, reusable B2B research dataset. I would like to see clearer field descriptions and more guidance on moving records between lead discovery, outreach and external tools. That would help buyers understand the workflow from the beginning.
One of the reasons I chose Flow was the advertised MCP integration with ChatGPT and Claude. As someone who uses AI tools for research and business processes, I'm interested in the possibility of qualifying a list, reviewing prospects and coordinating follow-up through an agent. But I haven't tested an end-to-end MCP workflow yet, and I haven't launched an outreach campaign. I'm not going to rate those experiences based on a feature list or make claims about results I haven't achieved. This review covers the parts I've actually tried.
Where Flow has made a very good impression is support. Tom replied to my emails within minutes, answered the questions directly and showed real interest in understanding what I was trying to accomplish. When I shared feedback on the usefulness of prospect data and possible improvements, he didn't dismiss it. He said the team was looking into options. There is no announced change or timeline, so I'm not treating that conversation as a promise. Still, responsiveness and willingness to listen matter, especially when a product is young.
For now, my rating is 3 out of 5. The initial lead search worked, I could build a list for a real research task, and the support experience was excellent. The lower rating reflects the usability of the search-to-export hand-off and how much additional preparation my records need before they fit into my wider workflow. I also need more hands-on time with the MCP and outreach features before I can judge the full product.
If your goal is primarily LinkedIn outreach, you may find Flow a better fit than I have so far. If you want to use the research across several tools and channels, pay close attention to the export steps and the data fields available in your plan. Those details affect the day-to-day value more than a long feature list does.
I'll update this review if the LTD will include the fully contact info. I want Flow to succeed, and my experience with Tom gives me reason to keep an open mind. The foundation looks useful. The next step, for me, is making the journey from finding a prospect to actually working with that information simpler and clearer.

Oct 26, 2026Hi there, really appreciate the review!
A few things to clear up for anyone reading:
• Exporting: Lists you save from Lead Finder all live under Outreach, so that's where Export > CSV is. Appreciate that. We can probably make that clearer.
• Data fields: The standard CSV has name, role, company and LinkedIn URL, because Flow is built around LinkedIn outreach first. You can also look up business...

Loving it
After months with Aimfox, which I liked but forced me to pay a monthly fee, when I saw Flow AI, I didn't think twice.
In terms of product philosophy, I feel much better here. I like the separation between outreach (as automation for adding leads and liking posts) and messaging, with leads' info on the right.
In my opinion, the biggest shortcomings are the limitations on search. It's not their fault, it's LinkedIn that has put up blocks, and they've patched things up with their own proprietary database. But it's still a limitation.
And there should be a clear separation between inbound and outbound campaigns. In my opinion, people who are already connected shouldn’t follow the same flow as those to be added.
The team always responds immediately, and they even gave me some leads after I asked. I'm sure they'll sort everything out in the coming months :)
