Data Processing Agreement (DPA / AVV): As an EU-based user, I'm required under Art. 28 GDPR to sign a Data Processing Agreement with any processor handling my customers' personal data. Where can I download or sign the Flowlance DPA?

I haven't actively used it yet, and I'm unsure whether some advertised features are missing because I'm on the old Tier 1, or because they aren't part of Flowlance at all.
