I purchased Flowlance on AppSumo some time ago, when only the $19 Tier was available. I haven't actively used it yet, and I'm unsure whether some advertised features are missing because I'm on the old Tier 1, or because they aren't part of Flowlance at all.
Could you please clarify the following:
GDPR / Cookie consent banner: The AppSumo Q&A confirms GDPR compliance (great, since you're EU-based). However, I don't see a cookie consent banner. Can one be added natively, or integrated via Cookiebot or a similar service?
Bank transfer as payment option: Can I offer customers a bank account for payment? My account shows "no bank available in your store," although the input field exists.
If I refund Tier 1 (2025) and purchase Tier 3 now, would the above features be included? I saw this option mentioned to another user.
