Q: Hello.
I backed your previous AppSumo campaign and maxed it out at tier 6 based on the promise that the internal and external users allowed would be “unlimited.” Now that you have launched this campaign, I checked my subscription settings within Flowlu and it downwardly adjusted the internal and external users numbers to just 110 (internal) / 120 (external). That is a change in terms and contrary to previous representations. Can you please explain?

For our old AppSumo users, we saved the previous limitations according to their tiers, and all Tier 6 users of the previous AppSumo campaign remain with both unlimited external and internal users. We just checked everything on our side, and everything works fine with previous tiers. Kindly text support@flowlu.com and provide us screenshots from Portal Settings → Subscription. Your current subscription and its limitations will be displayed under "AppSumo Professional 6" if it was purchased during our previous campaigns 👀
Oddly, it says for each code: 1. AppSumo Professional 1. 2. AppSumo 2 (2023). 3. AppSumo 3 (2023) and so on to #6. It displays it as though I have purchased them in 2023. That is not correct. I purchased them in 2021 and have the receipts. I will email support@flowlu.com regarding this matter.
I just emailed Flowlu (support@flowlu.com) with the various documentation from home2ownerllc@gmail.com. Thanks for your help.
