Hello, I\u0027m abit surprised by your roadmap and progress, I\u0027ve checked out Flowlu a year or two ago and since then it seems nothing has changed on your roadmap, the by far most requested feature (Helpdesk/Ticketing) is still not integrated and at least 80% of the \u0022Released\u0022 tasks of the roadmap are older than a year ago, is there still development happening? How big is the development team? When will the most voted requests of your customers be added?
